Incredible service. Ali in the office is quick to respond with all options available including prices for parts and labor vs replacing of the unit options and pricing plus warrenty details. The guys were out with in 4 days to replace the unit and all staff was very professional and cleaned up after as well. 5 star! Thanks for what you do!
AC was making a loud buzzing noise. We emailed and asked to schedule someone to come over. They were able to stop over the next day.
The issue ended up being resolved by replacing the contractor which was under warranty still. So, we only had to pay for labor.
They were kind enough to point out a couple common reasons why they get service calls such as the dirty filters on the AC which had not been cleaned yet... (My mistake!)
