The guys were great. Super efficient. They evaluated my air conditioner when I asked what year it was....did it need replacing due to outdated coolant. No extra charge. The new furnace is working well. The timeline between emergency inspection to replacement was only a couple of days!

I would give 500 stars if I could! My furnace went out over the weekend, and tonight I have a new furnace and heat, thanks to everyone at Royal Heating & Air! Everyone I worked with (Gwen, Dean, Alex, Wade) were fantastic! Prompt, reassuring, and very knowledgeable! I feel warmer and safer in my home tonight, thanks to Royal! Thank you!!!

I phoned late evening; they arrived as promised early morning the next day. First, they did troubleshooting, found several issues, and corrected the issues. They were very polite and professional throughout. The office is also very professional.
