Very timely, courteous, and good communication. My only complaint is that I did not get a copy for my records of the work that was done, and part(s) replaced even though the part(s) are covered under warranty. I feel hourly rate is a bit high compared to other companies I called, but that could not order parts or repairs due to not being authorized dealers for my HVAC unit.
Gary was very professional in the work he did for me and at my rental property, showed me the F-ups the other heating co did when they installed the A/C unit at my rental they are now the 1st HVAC Co I’ll call if I have any problems
I appreciate Royal heating and Air setting up an appointment with me as soon as they could. They assist the problem, and replace my condition and sent my payment right away. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the situation. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their opinions.
