Mavericks Barbershop is a welcoming and chill environment. The barbers are experienced professionals who provide excellent service. One customer appreciated the barber's expertise in handling thick, course hair, resulting in a stylish cut that was not too short. Another customer, a regular at the shop, specifically praises Valerie for her skill, friendliness, and ability to remember their preferred haircut. Valerie is also noted for her accommodating nature with appointments. The shop also offers eyebrow trimming services.
As a walk-in, I was looking for a a late afternoon chair I wouldn’t have to wait too long for. With an inordinate amount of hair, a cut for me is not for just any barber.
I was talked out of a high and tight crew cut,
and put at ease as I was assured he knew what to.
From the moment the clippers started
removing considerable length from the sides,
I knew I was in good hands. I’m less than 20
minutes,, my mop of thick, course hair was short(finally!), but not so much as to look
like a military buzz job.

I have been a regular at mavericks for a little while now. This the best barbershop I have ever been to! The environment the ladies there create is so chill and welcoming. Also a HUGE shoutout to Valerie! She not only is super cool and fun to talk with, she always knows how I want my haircut, even before I say anything, plus it’s always perfect! I've been visiting Mavericks Barbershop for awhile now and I gotta say, it is always a top-notch experience. From the first moment I walked in, I could tell this was a place that took its craft seriously.The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, and I was immediately put at ease by the laid-back atmosphere during my first visit.
