Everything went so smoothly from the time I walked into the store ...to the install of carpet and flooring!! Everyone there so friendly and helpful!! We have been working with them for over 15 years, for both of our homes. Only problem we have had in the past is with the installers. Problems were always fixed. It's under new management now, so will see how our current flooring issue is handled.
