The dental care seems to be very good, more that satisfied with that. Courteous people at this office. A previous visit went very well. But, Not too pleased with the disclosure of charges while in the office recently, only to find out after some prep work was done that a 450.00 scan (not sure if there was a lesser option?) was not covered by insurance, and billed to me. We spoke of other options, but NO prices were discussed at all during the conversation. Only to find out about the 450.00 scan charge (which took about 3 mins) when checking out. Guess I need to ask more questions next round?
It was my son’s first visit to a dentist and he had a very great time there, much to our surprise.
The staff, nurse and the doctor were very friendly.

An old crown fell off last night and when I called family dental they got me right in. The entire staff was outstanding. Very caring and friendly. Dr Buchanan was great as well as Emily.
