I had level 10 sciatica issues when I went to see Dr Jacob Kornetzke. The pain was so excruciating, I was unable to walk around or stand for more than a few minutes and was miserable for approximately 4 months prior with this issue. No pain killers or Physio Therapists had been able to help me.Dr. Jacob (Jake) was AMAZING! and cured me and had me walking around with little or no pain after only a few sessions.Dr Jake is a gentle, and kind person and treated me with care and understanding. I had shoulder pain for months and decided to try a chiropractor which I had never been to one before. I saw Dr Jake about 5 times and after his treatments and following his instructions I am pain free!!!! I highly recommend this Center as they listen to your concerns and care!!! Also incredibly professional!!!

I can’t say enough about Dr. Tislau and Creekside Chiropractic! Dr. Tislau has helped me so much! Highly recommend! I tried dry needling and was amazed how painless it was and I had instant relief! Always go above and beyond in making you feel better! I always appreciate the time taken to explain everything to you and give you exercises and stretches to do at home!
