I’ve honestly never experienced this level of individualized support within a group setting and from day one, the welcoming atmosphere was genuine and extremely motivating. I’m a little hesitant to give such a positive review because classes will probably fill up even faster but it’s the right thing to do. With every class I feel stronger and healthier.
