“We recently ordered a flower arrangement and a Fields of Comfort standing spray for a funeral. The arrangements were beautiful and greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, the standing spray was not delivered before the service. It was dropped off at a side entrance during the service and went unnoticed by family and guests. The spray was not discovered until after the service and burial, when the priest found it. We were disappointed that no one attending the funeral had the opportunity to see the tribute we had purchased in honor of our loved one.
After contacting Bloomin on Broadway to express our concerns, Vanessa handled the situation professionally and with genuine care. She listened to our disappointment and worked to make things right. We received a discount and a gift card for future purchases, which we greatly appreciated.
While the delivery issue was unfortunate, we are thankful for the beautiful flowers and for Vanessa's excellent customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction.”
