My wife broke her glasses frame while we were visiting from out of town. Diane was super-helpful and found a new frame that fit the lenses. It cost a bit more than I had hoped to spend, but considering that finding a suitable frame is a manual process, it was worth it for Diane's effort.
Destiny noticed my line wasn’t sitting right in my glasses when I couldn’t see. She was caring, knowledgeable, and got my glasses remade correctly. I highly recommend working with her when you come to shopko optical.
I’ve never had any issues with any Shopko Optical location, but this particular one has some STELLAR employees. Ann is fantastic , Destiney is great, but the one that stood out was Cherry! She is always such a bright and shining star and definitely an amazing human. Thank you ladies for the great appointment, especially Cherry!!!
