Shopko Optical was a great experience for ordering new glasses. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. Heather did a wonderful job of helping me select new frames and explaining all my options. Would highly recommend.
My wife broke her glasses frame while we were visiting from out of town. Diane was super-helpful and found a new frame that fit the lenses. It cost a bit more than I had hoped to spend, but considering that finding a suitable frame is a manual process, it was worth it for Diane's effort.
