Currently renovating our lake home near the county park. Moede and sons could not have been more professional and responsive to our needs. Moede and sons made our renovation go a lot smoother than expected. If there was a concern or question they answered or addressed that quickly and professionally. I didn't know Moede's from Adam. Curt has been out for three service calls. He is efficient and that means savings. Plus, he can think outside the box which is often a necessity when servicing very old homes. Moreover, I would trust him to work on the property while I was away--and I don't trust many. For people complaining about being asked about their ability to pay...stop and think for a moment. This is a small family business. They can't afford to write off non-payment. Parts cost money and plumbers are in high demand. They ask because they got stiffed before. If you were in their shoes, you'd want to know that you were going to get paid too. We first used Moede's in 1984 when we built our home. We have found them trustworthy, highly competent and helpful. We have had two situations when we couldn't get them and had to rely on others who ultimately did slipshod work (replaced a toilet but didn't bolt it down resulting in gradual water damage to the ceiling below) which was discovered by Moede when called for another problem. They have also talked us through a problem so we were able to resolve it without a service call.Will always be my first choice.
