During the blizzard on Sunday/Monday my furnace quit working due to snow buildup. Techs came in their personal vehicle (truck) waded thru deep snow and cleared off the snow around my roof vent. They gave me heat. As a senior citizen sometimes I sometimes get lost in the shuffel. Thank u for service above and beyond.
Currently renovating our lake home near the county park. Knope was easy to work with, very professional. Call backs were done in a timely manner. I would recommend Knope HVAC to anyone.
Recently moved to the area and our furnace went out overnight. I called and they had a tech out within a few hours and solved our issues and got it running better than it was before. If your having issues with an oil furnace this is the place to call!
