I did have a previous post on 8/29/22 upset with the company. Update they did finally come and do my windows ,it just took 14 months. I wish the communication was better then I wouldn't be so upset. The final job does look great, they did a good job.

I contracted with Exquisite Windows and Doors in September 2021. It is now August 2022 and I have no window and have been probably been scammed out of my $3000 down payment. I have been trying to work with them in good faith but the do not answer the phone, return calls or emails. Will only answer text if I text dozens of times. Was promised a Winter installation, and was told Covid problems. Was promised installation in spring but more excuses. Was told in June his dashboard said two to three weeks and I have not heard from him since. I waited 7 months for windows. They are finally installed, and they look good. The wait was made worse by a lack of communication. Their supplier is equally to blame for the delay.Services: Window installation
