MacKenzie and her team at Caliber Collision are top notch. We own a towing company called Accel Auto and Truck Repair and do automotive repair and sometimes we need body work on vehicles completed. We took a chance and reached out to the Shawano store for assistance on a hood for Ford Mustang. The work was not only completed, timely but the customer service was outstanding as well as the completion of the job itself. They did a great job with my car after I hit a deer. They were able to get my car towed in right away, got an estimate done quick, and got started. My experience was great from the first phone call to when I picked up my car. They keep you updated through the whole process as well. Also, my tri coat paint looks perfect!
