I had a very positive experience working with this funeral home when my Dad passed away. They came recommended to me and I have since recommended them to other family as well. The county my Dad passed in missed some of their signatures and my Dad had already arrived in Wausau. The team was patient and compassionate with me and made sure everything was handled appropriately since this was not my own error causing additional travel. I have only partnered with the funeral home for cremation services, we did a celebration of life on our own at a later date.
