Had a repair man (Tom?) come out to my house the other day because my garage door was not working properly. I was not home and just left the garage door open so that he could evaluate the problem. He could not find anything wrong but did clean and lubricate the chain and track. He did not charge me a dime and told me that if things were not right, he would come back out and reevaluate. So far the garage door has worked just fine. This is excellent customer service and certainly fair. NSL

We want to thank Tom form making our new garage door happen. We will be forever grateful! Also a big thank you to Josh and Jason for the install. We will recommend American Door to everyone needing door service or a new install. You guys went above and beyond for Rick and as a Veteran of 40 years you made him feel very proud of his service to our country. You guys are awesome!! Thank you!!

we had a torsion spring break and American Door had it repaired and all lubricated before 10am the next morning! Karen replied to email right away in the morning and set up appt. Service man was on time, professional, and so helpful. Many thanks for such great service!
