Shannon does a phenomenal job with my German Shepherd dog Atlas, who is extremely sensitive and picky about other people. She always personalizes the grooming to what he's in the mood for on that particular day. She's super patient with him and is great at "reading" his mood. He has some hip issues and she goes above and beyond to make sure he's comfortable. Plus he looks stunning after! We have been coming here over a year and are so thankful to have found this place in our neighborhood. Highly recommend!
