I am so impressed and grateful for the customer-centric focus of Fulmer Dentistry. I was really in a bind with having broken a front tooth on a Friday morning and despite having never visited their office, they were able to get me in and out within hours with a fixed tooth! They easily could have said, sorry we are not taking new patients, or we are completely booked today. But they showed compassion in my situation and welcomed me in to get me taken care of. Everyone I crossed paths with in the office was extremely nice, very friendly, and dedicated to great customer service. Dr. Jim and staff, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! So greatly appreciate you!
Couldn’t have asked for a better accommodating passionate group of people! I broke a tooth in half and needed to have a filling taken care of and they just shuffled things around got me in no problem and I had never met them before so I have a meet and greet planned now and I am so excited. I can’t wait to be part the Fulmer family. Thank you guys!
