Jessica and Courtney really know their stuff! I love that they quietly explain what they are doing/using and make you feel comfortable during the process. Highly recommend both! I also appreciate they didn't try to push a mass purchase of products. The only area where Healing Grounds falls short is the checkout process. Both times, it felt very transactional. Not a warm, fuzzy and appreciative departure. This last visit, I felt like I was disturbing her trying to check out. I would have hoped the experience start to end would be happy and relaxing. Just my personal experience both times, with 2 different receptionists. Otherwise, as far as servicies and facility, 5 stars.“
