“I have been relaxed and amazed with the estheticians (Jessica A and Courtney S) during both visits/facials at Healing Grounds. The facility is clean, inviting, and calming. Jessica and Courtney really know their stuff! I love that they quietly explain what they are doing/using and make you feel comfortable during the process. Highly recommend both! I also appreciate they didn't try to push a mass purchase of products. The only area where Healing Grounds falls short is the checkout process. Both times, it felt very transactional. Not a warm, fuzzy and appreciative departure. This last visit, I felt like I was disturbing her trying to check out. I would have hoped the experience start to end would be happy and relaxing. Just my personal experience both times, with 2 different receptionists. Otherwise, as far as servicies and facility, 5 stars.“

She made sure to blend all the spots that normally get orangish like your hands, neck and feet which helped extremely as those spots aren’t orange at all!! She also made sure to inform me on after care instructions to ensure my tan lasts!! 10/10 will definitely be going back!“
