Tammy was so very kind, skilled, and didn't even try to sell me anything. While she was washing, cutting, and drying my hair, she was explaining it every step of the way. Then, while I was getting my upper lip and eyebrows waxed, she was as gentle as she could possibly be. I will DEFINITELY be going back to Personal Touch by Tammy.
