“I’ve been going to Kelly since before she opened Lavish, and I have nothing but good to say. I used to dye my hair with henna and had no idea there was a bad reaction with regular hair dye. Therefore I didn’t mention it when she asked if there was anything she should know. I got highlights in my hair that ended up green, and even though there was no fault to Kelly, she fit me in the next day to correct it free of cost. Everytime I’ve gotten my eyebrows done by her they look amazing, and I am so picky about my brows. She puts in the work, the hours, and spends the time needed EVERY time to make sure you get the hair you want. I have gone in for routine trims, big cuts, and advice. No matter what it is she has you covered! I appreciate a salon that I feel heard at and get the results I want every time, without feeling like I’m being rushed or ignored.
