The driver who arrived was kind and compassionate, and took great care in towing my car away. He even helped me gather my personal belongings from the car and made sure I was okay. I called Gordy's Service & Towing, and the dispatcher was incredibly understanding and reassuring. The tow truck driver arrived promptly and was able to unlock my car without causing any damage. He then towed me to the dealership and waited with me until the new key was made.
