We love scenic Bluffs pest control! It has made the last two summers, not only bearable, but enjoyable in our nice big backyard! Kevin is always willing to jump in and help if we are struggling with a breakthrough in between spraying! He is a wealth of knowledge for all things bugs! He is extremely trustworthy! I am still getting used to living alone after the death of my husband in October 2024 and when an unexpected guest flew through my semi-dark living room while I was watching TV last night, I was pretty rattled. After my son-in-law and neighbor guy (bless their hearts) were unable pin down the bat's exact location in the bedroom where he'd flown, I blocked the openings under the bedroom door and kept it contained until this morning. My daughter made contact with Kevin at 8:30 a.m.(after being treated incredibly rudely over the phone by another pest control company—looking at you Deboer). Kevin was here just after 10 a.m. as promised, as friendly and professional as could be. Within five minutes he located the very angry–and probably terrified–bat, put it in a small cardboard box, and humanely let it go outside. He then took a look around and determined two likely spots of entry in the bathroom ceiling (it's a VERY old house and a rental). He closed them up at no charge to us and even scrubbed the sink when a small amount of the sealing foam dripped onto it! Then he was on his way to his next call (a raccoon in a garage) on a day that had already been busy for him well before noon! Prompt, friendly, reasonably priced and professional service: Scenic Bluffs Pest Control is the only service I will recommend to family & friends. Thank you Kevin! 🦇
