SOS staff has exceeded our expectations once again! We had placed an order early last week, with most of it being put on back order. With the products on back order we were about to run out of de-colorizer, waiting did not seem like an option. Because of this we exchanged multiple calls with customer service representatives. Each call they were so patient and helpful while trying to find a solution. At that, SOS again went above and beyond by hand delivering the supplies we needed! We are so grateful to be working with such and amazing company. Thank you SOS!

Our sales consultant Cathy is wonderful, she pops in and says hi every couple of weeks. If we need something she gets it rolling and if not she is on her merry way with a smile, thanks and see ya soon. Great customer service and fast delivery.
