I went in to see Nora Bennett, NP, yesterday. I was sure I had food poisoning and I was trying to convince her of it. She recognized that my symptoms were not classic food poisoning symptoms. She sent me to the ER and I found out I have appendicitis. She saved my life! I am so grateful.
I used the online system to set up an e-visit on Friday afternoon as soon as I experienced symptoms of a possible UTI. I received a fairly prompt response from a doctor online directing me to take a lab test. Online again, I scheduled the next available lab appointment which was 1:00 Saturday afternoon. I arrived about 30 minutes early and was promptly assisted by the lab personnel. Lab results were posted within 30 minutes and a CNP ordered an RX to be filled at the pharmacy of my choice (Family Fresh). That pharmacy was scheduled to close at 3:00. They were great. Went in on a weekday with a sprained ankle (when urgent care wasn't even supposed to be open) and they were able to get me in to see the doctor within the hour. Everyone was professional, very friendly, and explained everything well. Got in an out, x-rays included, in about two hours. Even helped me figure out parking passes with UWRF and any question I had while I was there. Highly recommend!
