“I had my first appointment with Main Street Family Dental yesterday. 10/10 experience. They were thorough about communicating expectations and needs for my upcoming appointment and ensuring my records got sent over ahead of time. When I arrived, I had a few pages of intake to complete, which didn’t take me long at all. I got taken back to the chair in a timely manner, and Lisa was absolutely great. She was very thorough and answered all my questions in a way anyone could understand. Extremely sad to hear she will be retiring next year. Dr Jorgenson was also very sweet and professional. Fortunately, I didn’t require more of her time, but my experience was pleasant, while it lasted. The worst part about everything was just the wait to get in for my cleaning, but that just solidifies how wonderful the business is, to have a loyal clientele! I was able to schedule my next appt before I left, so there won’t be a wait next time. Highly recommend!”
