Kristy was a big sister to my little sister as she lived in Wisconsin and I live in Nevada. Melissa loved her with all of her heart! When my little sister was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, I moved her home to Nevada to spend her final months with me. It is what she wanted. When the end was nearing, Kristy got on a plane and flew to Nevada to say her final goodbye! She is the most compassionate, caring and understanding person, which is why she does what she does! Melissa told me she was that way with everyone. You can’t go wrong with someone who understands the end of life with the empathy, sincerity and the compassion it takes to do what she does every day to perfection! It is in her DNA!

We contacted Kristy on a Sunday and met with her the next day to arrange for the passing of our father in Janury 2020. She did everything to make the funeral happen the following Saturday (with a snowstorm Saturday morning added). She did everything on her own and did not forget one detail. I had the unfortunate, but great experience of working with Kristy and Divine Passage 2 years ago for my mother in law's service. We had a wonderful service, and despite the sad, sad circumstances, everyone had a very meaningful and lovely time. We were all very grateful for the space to hold such an important event.
