J & M Heating & Cooling offers excellent service, always there for customers when needed. They are prompt, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. Communication is excellent, with calls returned immediately. They are respectful, taking care to clean up when the job is complete. J & M provides timely fixes for furnaces and AC units, even after hours, which is worth the extra cost. They explain what they did and give great advice on system upkeep. For central AC unit installations, J & M provides timely communication, clear descriptions of work, competitive quotes, flexibility, and quick installs. They are knowledgeable, reliable, and great to work with, offering honesty, integrity, and confidence in a job well done. Customers will call them for any further issues and recommend them to anyone needing heating or cooling projects done right.
Mike was as down to earth as they come, hard to find now days. Fixed my furnace in a timely manner, pricing was fair, communication was excellent. Definitely will call for any further issues. Thank you Mike
Excellent service always there for us when needed just had them come after hours on Monday Jan 15th 2024 for a rental but does cost xtra but was definitely worth it !! Thanks so much for all you do Mike & John
I'm updating my review because I've had an opportunity to have J&M out a couple more times to do annual heating unit inspections. They are prompt, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. Plus, if they don't answer when you call, they return your call immediately. They are respectful, taking care to clean up when they complete the job. I won't call anyone else!
