The ladies are very nice but don’t come here for color correction. I had pale greenish/bluish hair and wanted to go blonde or a balayage mix. Instead of neutralizing it or telling me they couldn’t fix it they bleached it with vol. 30 and pushed the green further into my hair and stained it. (I didn’t know this would be a problem until I went to another salon afterwards) every other salon I talked to on the phone also told me this was the worst decision to make. I had to go dark because it was impossible to fix.

Robin is amazing, however I could not get booked with her for awhile so I was referred to philesha, she did highlights that turned my hair orange, and were very disproportionate, they offered to do it over so she did the foils set me under the dryer and forgot about me because when she rinsed me out all I could see was my hair falling out, it was so traumatic, the owner came over and gave me a sample of a repair shampoo and conditioner and sent me on my way, after suggesting I also get a haircut, I am and was appalled by their customer service, my hair is still ruined.

I had an wonderful experience. The staff was excellent with my my daughter's haircut, great atmosphere. My haircut was wonderful as well. I highly recommend this establishment. Staff also has great recommendations for hair care products. Super happy customer.Thank you.Service: Haircut
