Shawn and his crew did an amazing job! From being the bearer of bad news that the roof was worse than we thought, helping us navigate homeowners insurance and doing the roof in the first bitter cold we had this year. He was patient with us when we tried to get the roof damage approved through insurance. Surprise, raccoon damage was not covered but he took care of us nonetheless. He wasn’t pushy and talked us through all the options so we could understand all the options. Who would have known all shingle are not the same? A fine grouping of well trained young men worked diligently, skillfully for 5 days, removing original materials, inspecting, applying new roofing, gutters & downspout, chimney flashing cap too.This was not a quick hurry up. but a skillful measure done with a sense of pride in workmanship. Inspection & meticulous cleanup of materials too. Definitely a Nice group of respectful, polite, hard working young men. A++
