UPDATE!! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Everybody was so kind and patient with my dad. Our experience at this store was beyond excellent. They didn't try to upsell or get him to buy unnecessary add ons. The glasses were in a week earlier than anticipated. Excellent prices and nice, clean store. Great selection of frames.
I called this store to schedule an appointment for my elderly father. They were very patient and informative on the phone. Hopefully, they're just as great in person! I will update after his appointment.
I took my 8 year old daughter in for an eye exam in Rice Lake. We started off with Mikayla and then had the exam with a telehealth doctor. Mikayla explained the whole process to my daughter so she understood the process and was comfortable. The process was quick and easy.
I really like Shopko Optical in Rice Lake. WI. Great staff and a good selection of glasses. Love the fact that you can just walk in with a problem (like adjustments) and generally your in an out in less than 10 mins. Everyone is very friendly and know what they are doing.
