I took my 8 year old daughter in for an eye exam in Rice Lake. We started off with Mikayla and then had the exam with a telehealth doctor. Mikayla explained the whole process to my daughter so she understood the process and was comfortable. The process was quick and easy.
I really like Shopko Optical in Rice Lake. WI. Great staff and a good selection of glasses. Love the fact that you can just walk in with a problem (like adjustments) and generally your in an out in less than 10 mins. Everyone is very friendly and know what they are doing. Maybe I got lucky but within 30 seconds of my arrival I was greeted and checked in. Mykalea then lead me through the process of my exam. It couldn't have been more streamlined and efficient. I am hearing impaired and she quickly adjusted and made it so easy for me. My hearing impairment makes it very difficult to do simple things whether it be banking or just looking for help at the grocery store. In recent memory, I can't think of a better experience than I had with her with regards to that. Not to mention she is just simply a nice person. Anyway I was out the door in about 40 minutes from arriving. Unheard of...
