My dog chipped a molar. It would actually bleed. Doc Woods and his truly amazing staff took great care of my boy and I! Dr. Woods had stopped as we were dealing with a medical emergency with our dog across from his clinic. He offered guidance to help us get her to a place that could help her as his clinic was closed on a Sunday. We thank you for stopping to see if there was anything you could do to help. He was a kind person and one who seems to truly care about your animal.
Was able to get my kitty in for a spay within 4 weeks (for our area that's quick!) They're very reasonably priced (again for our area that's a shocker!) The staff called with a reminder the day before & to go over preop care. Surgery went well & I picked up a happy kitty... but on no time I could tell Prim wasn't handling the procedure/ pain well. I called in the next morning & the tech listened to my concerns but wanted to check with the doc & give me a call back. Within 20 minutes she called back with a plan of action & I was told to return immediately with kitty. They listened. They showed concern. They cared. & the visit wasn't over priced! Highly recommended!!
