Love using this facility when we are in town visiting family! So many machines to choose from & it makes a great circuit due to the variety. I really enjoy the TRX room with the weighted medicine balls, BOSU balls & hand weights. It was wonderful to be able to advance my daughter's ACL recovery while on vacation.
The owners are a power couple that are so welcoming. This gym is my home away from home. Wish the saunas were 24/7 but I'd probably fall asleep and die and ruin it for everyone.
Came in for a long weekend to visit family. Everyone here is super friendly, made it really easy and signed up for a weekend pass. Has almost everything you would need to get a good workout in and sauna is a plus too!
