I had never been in the store, nor met Rick before, but I wanted to keep my business local. I was looking for new flooring for my cabin. I selected a product he recommended. and Rick promptly came to the cabin and measured it up. I received the bid and approved it, and we established an installation time line and date by which it had to be done. The work was performed on time, as scheduled, and the final bill was the exact amount of the approved bid. The floor was nicely laid and looks great. That's about as good as you can ask for in a first experience with a vendor.
