What a wonderful experience! I walked into the shopping center to run a different errand and saw the floral shop and walked in on a whim. There were bouquets available for sale in the cooler and I grabbed some red roses and sunflowers. When I went to check out I asked if they would be able to arrange them for me in a bouquet for an additional fee and they did not disappoint! I will for sure be stopping in again soon!

Placed an order on Wednesday with Patricia's Petals (listing says they are local) for flowers to be delivered on Friday for a Saturday memorial service. Received an email on Thursday that they were unable to deliver as they had not received their expected floral delivery. Called them back on Friday and ordered another arrangement (asking for Saturday delivery - just before the memorial service). Was assured on the phone that they would be able to fill that order. Received an email two hours later that they were unable to fill that order, as well. Called Trig's and spoke with Chrissy - she was amazing. Confirmed that she had the star gazer lilies that I requested and that she would make up the arrangement herself and see that it was delivered on Saturday. I cannot express how much I appreciate her assistance. I live in Arizona so it is nice to know that there truly is a LOCAL business that will help when help is needed. Thank you, Chrissy!

Whenever I am in Rhinelander, I stop in and browse around. Friendly, helpful staff, a nice small assortment of home decor, clothing and accessories. Although I have never bought a floral arrangement, the ladies are always assembling beautiful bouquets, for their orders, while I am shopping.
