Jacob was prompt courteous and professional. He explained what he was looking for in the initial inspection. He then proceeded to give a very clear and concise manner the steps for repair,time-frames, and follow up. Jacob was even kind enough to help both some boxes out of the affected areas. A class act,all the way.
The Three Lakes American Legion had a sewer back up issue on a Saturday night. Jake from Service Master was in touch with us the entire time, letting us know what time they would be arriving.
His communication with us was great during the entire clean up process.
We are so grateful to Jake and his Service Master team.
