We have dealt with the office in Rhinelander for the past 10months. I highly recommend looking at other options before considering treatment at this facility. I had two children enter the program just weeks apart. Months later when looking at discharges they kept mixing up the two kids intakes appointments. My youngest we were told during intake would be a good fit and he started fulltime. Then months later after he picked up fowl language and more behaviors while attending there, they discharged him for requiring too much 1:1 time and for the exact behaviors he was sent there for. i went here before it closed to teens and tweens. during my 7 months at the facility, we switched between 3 psychologists (meaning every time we had a new caregiver we had to go over our problems and lives yet again). two of our supervisors were older men, one of which made me feel uncomfortable, and the other who was unnecessary rude and insensitive to my family situation even after i explained it. the other two were females. one of the females was a quieter person who seemed like she was on the autism spectrum, and actually moved on to be a student counselor in the area. the other female unfortunately passed away due to sudden undisclosed causes. as you may imagine,...read full review
