I would Recommend Modern Interiors to anyone. We closed off and added a bathroom to our second story loft. Andy and his crew were fantastic. The final product is everything we had hoped for and more. He came in right at the quoted price. He completed the project ahead of schedule. He marched existing finishes seamlessly, and he did it all at a very affordable price. Andy and his crew were incredible to work with! We reached out in March hoping to get our loft closed off over the summer. We had spoken with a few other contractors who said there was no way they could do it in that timeframe but Andy made it happen. From the first visit to our home, Andy was thorough, helpful, and honest. He was able to get plans, an estimate, and a contract to us in a speedy time manner and then was even able to get started on the project earlier than anticipated.
