Last summer I completed the first floor of my two story addition. I purchased materials to complete the second floor assuming a friend of mine would help me complete the second floor but he was unable to help.So I called Andy Laska from Modern Interiors LLC to see if he could complete my project. I previously had Andy build a garage for me eight years ago. I was impressed with knowledge of construction and quality of workmanship. Andy was booked through the Summer of 2025 but stated he would review his projects and call me back. Andy was able squeeze my project in mid February. Andy completed the project in seven days which included framing, installing windows, soffit and shingles. Again impressed with the quality of workmanship and solving the issue with the truss that I ordered. I would highly recommend Andy Laska.

I had a cabin in the north woods of Wisconsin. It was in such bad shape that it had to be taken down to the bare bones. Andy had to guide me in what had to be done as I did not know. He took my dump of a cottage and made it into a palace. Andy is a trust worthy person and his expertise as a contractor is exceptional. He is not a rip off artist and will do a great job at a fair price. If you need a contractor I would talk to Andy because he is in high demand. I am so grateful for all the help and how my cottage turned out.
