I am a new customer of Frasier’s, and my experience has been excellent. Scheduling was easy and the dispatchers kept me up-to-date. I think the idea of sending a text with the picture of the technician is a great idea. Steve.D. Did a fantastic job. He was on time and did a great job. He was also very nice to work with.

Dan Schwans was excellent. He found the leak in our air conditioning condensation drain pipe and repaired it. He was very courteous and very neat. His work was A+. Thank you Frasiers and Dan for a GREAT job! Jim Coursolle

The technician arrived, looked at the situation, we discussed the problem, and he immediately explained what repairs would be made to correct the leak. He answered my questions and completed the work in short amount of time. I was pleased with the repairs and the technician's professional attitude. I am confident that the repairs were completed satisfactorily.
