I had another payroll service which was acceptable and was hesitant to make changes. While that service had an online portal for employee viewing of their paystubs, it was too hard for anyone to use. I was having to provide paystubs to employees as they were not able to access the site, they were locked out all the time and it was terrible for employee access. This payroll service was out of state, so I would have to wait for callbacks or emails when I had issues that needed resolved which can be stressful when you are trying to get your employees paid. Excellent accountant service. I’ve proudly been a customer for over 30 years. I started with a big accounting firm and realized very quickly (That gave poor service and many mistakes) that a smaller company gives personal service for you and your business. They get to know and understand your business that a big firm can not do (because of size and turnover)

I was very happy to find Marge and her associates. Our previous accountants only met with us once per year and never gave us any input. Custom Accounting not only gives us input and advice but it is GOOD advice and practices to help keep us running smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
