The technician was prompt and right on time, and the receptionist was super easy to communicate with. It turned out to be a simple fix — our thermostat just needed to be replaced, and thankfully he had one right in his vehicle.

Simply put - they're awesome. I've got an older Rheem unit in my house and I switched to Bramm's after getting tired of the constant sky high estimates from one of the larger shops in Rhinelander. I'm glad I switched. After coming out the last couple of years they've done annual tune ups and recommended I swap my blower motor last fall. Working with them has been like night and day. They're responsive, accurate and honest. Work is always reasonably priced and done in a timely manner. They've definitely earned my business when the time does really come to install and upgrade a new system. If you've got HVAC needs in the Rhinelander area I highly reccomend Bramm's.
I am long overdue in providing a review of Bramm's. The bottom line... they have been nothing but outstanding when working with us. They are knowledgeable, honest, friendly, hard working, very responsive and fairly priced. Nineteen years ago they replaced our furnace and added extensive ductwork throughout our home. A few years later, they installed a central air system for us ...simply a great job on everything!.
