My primary doctors keep leaving the company (although they have all been amazing), and when one does, the clinic makes me get "re-established" as a "new patient" with a new primary. Those "new patient" appointments (and I've been going to this hospital for 10+ years), are ALWAYS a month out.
And that's a big IF they have doctors who can "take new patients", as I've been told twice to seek help from a primary at another clinic.
And if you can't get a primary elsewhere, your only choice is to go sit for 4-6 hours at the "walk-in" (because it's really not a walk-in, it's urgent care/ER in the HOSPITAL side), where you sit and wait...read full review
This place is absolutely horrible, please go somewhere else if you can. How can they constantly lose my new born baby's blood sample and then constantly make me reschedule appointments. Definitely would not recommend.
Treated very well! Extremely pleased the with service I received, especially from Doctor Pollnow (OB) and his nurse Teresa P. They are honestly the MOST informative, friendly and caring staff I’ve ever encountered with! Made me feel very comfortable and confident in them.
