We've been going to her for years. We used to get money back, now every year we have to pay in more and more. Last year she lost my daughter's W2s and didn't even know until I called, which was after the filing date. They had to search to find where they put it. This year when I brought them in, they said 2 maybe three weeks and they'd be done. I have been calling and they keep adding more time. Now it's almost six weeks later and our taxes still haven't been filed. We'll be searching for a new accountant next year.

Does good work but every year she has to file extensions and I pay more do to it she always charged 120 I called the last time it was 145 due to having a extension I don't understand how its my fault you didnt get them done before you went on vacation. 3 years its been extensions.

There was an error in Field Print and they were listed as a service that does fingerprints. I called to verify and they don't do fingerprints, but the customer service was excellent and they helped me find the place I was looking for.
This wasn't there responsibility but they helped and were very kind!
