We needed to have a new drain field put in, the location of which was up a hill and through the woods by necessity. This company did a great job sort of zig-zagging through the trees to save as many as possible. A-1 Septic is efficient, knowledgeable, prompt and fun to work with. They answered ALL our questions before and during the process and followed up after. We highly recommend them for any septic work including (and especially) those that may require a little "ingenuity and creativity". Their work ethic and service is truly A-1!!!!!

I can't say enough positive about the guys from A1. We had a backup, and called them to check the septic tank, they cleaned the filter and the tank level dropped. I brought the family back home and the problem resumed. We called other plumbers who were all very rude so we called A1 back and they came out to clear the drain line from the house to the tank and get us going correctly again but they only charged one service bill. They were friendly, and helpful as well which I couldn't say for a of the other local companies I called. Thank you A1 staff for being a good company with good people.
