I went there feeling heavy and weak. The feeling of being paralyzed without the nerve issues. Even though they couldn't find what cause my issues. They did everything they could do to narrow it down. The medical team was nice and helped you with anything you needed. They make sure you are comfortable. This also includes the people that work in the dietary kitchen make sure you don't order food that you're allergic too. Like if you are allergic to food that have acidic in it. I didn't think white bread was something that was one of them. Now I know. Well my symptoms left and subside. Now I'm back home with different/ new meds. I walking around and back to normal.
I was home visiting from TN, had excruciating pain that woke me up in the middle of the night, decided to head to the hospital and was treated SO GOOD! The nurses immediately got me hooked up to heart monitors and started going to work to see what was wrong! Dr. Sebens was great! They got my pain under control and figured out what was wrong with in a few hours! I appreciate the staff and they did great thank you!
My experience in pediatrics with Dr. Kincaid has always been fantastic. The front-end staff are quick but respectful, the area is well maintained and there is a large, bright waiting area (complete with phone chargers). Dr. Kincaid was rated "the Best of the Best" for Sauk County and has been widely recommended by my friends and family. He has a very calm, kind demeanor, thoroughly explains things, is very honest as well as interacting with the children in stressful situations. Nice sense of humor. We saw his colleague when Dr. Kincaid wasn't in clinic and he was geat too. Very personable and kind nursing/MA staff for initial prep as well as shots. Best experience at a medical facility (and I have been in many)!
