I went to Ali when I was 37 weeks pregnant with the usual hip and back pain that comes with pregnancy. I cannot recommend her enough! She even had this amazing pregnancy pillow to keep me comfortable while she was doing my back. She found spots that I didn't even know had issues. I left there feeling like a whole new person! Every time she found a new spot that was tense it made me laugh. I will be seeing her again!!!

Ali is amazing at deep tissue massage. She intuitively focuses on trouble spots and has good technique where it doesn’t hurt. I always feel very refreshed and much more loose after my sessions with her. Very needed service for my self care and muscle recovery from every day life. 🩷

Ali is by far the best massage therapist in the area. Her ability to do deep tissue massage is incredible. I always feel as though she listens to my pain points and works on my muscles with intentionality and care. Her technique of cupping, oils, and stretching is something I didn't know I needed until I got on her table!
