I’ve been going here forever and the business recently changed hands. I had a dog that required extra work to be seen and Dr Hookstead was my go to even though my dog and him didn’t see eye to eye. When it came time to put him down, the new owners worked with me on payments and Dr Hookstead rearranged his schedule to make sure he was the one to deal with my dog and I as well. It meant the world to me especially since I didn’t have any history with the new owners. Had to bring our beloved cat in to be put to sleep but Lilly passed away in car before arriving. Staff and Dr. Elford were very kind and compassionate. Allowed us to spend as much time as we needed to say our final goodbyes. Highly recommended this clinic.
RVC has been our family vet for about 20 years or more and have been there for the highs and lows of our pets and us, all with love and care. They've always been the best and I have favored them over other clinics. The way they care for animals and everything they do for them and families is fantastic. All staff are great, very dedicated to and lovely at their jobs. Thank you for all you do! You are appreciated immensely.
