I've had massages in the past...Lauren's intake process for first time clients was very thorough and at the time of my first appointment, it was clear to me that she had taken time to read the information that I shared. The session was very healing. Lauren was super professional and empathetic to the pain that i was experiencing. I've booked weekly appointments and plan to continue throughout the year!

I had my first prenatal massage with Laurel and it was fantastic. She has very strong hands! The day after, my neck loosened up, and it felt so much better. She knows exactly where to dig in to relieve the tension. It was a very comfortable environment and I enjoyed talking with her. I will definitely go back!
